I have concluded that Frozen Custard is good. If you can avail yourself of some, I highly recommend it. For those unfamiliar with the concept, it's very dense, smooth, and by law must contain more than 10% milkfat. It's also made with egg yolks, giving it a very creamy texture. I guess you could say it's a more glamourous version of the familiar soft-serve.
Here in Dallas, I found there's quite a few places to indulge. Local places include Wild About Harry's, Sheridan's, and Culvers.
